Located on a 200 acre country estate in beautiful Sunrise Valley, 1 3/4 miles off the Cabot Trail at Cape North in Cape Breton.
Built in 1930, by the owners father, from local wood cut and milled on wooded area of the farm. The home is uniquely finished, with walls, ceilings, floors and doors in oak, with inserts of birds eye maple.
